Crispy Chicken Tenders without flour or binders, baked in the oven.
- Measure out Cauliflower and Broccoli into chopper. Pulse a few times to get your desired texture.
- Add seasoning and pour on a plate.
- Dip chicken into water, shake off excess.
- Roll chicken in the breading.
- Place in a greased 9×13 pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown and chicken is cooked. *Note: cut into a piece of chicken, there will not be any pink if it is cooked.
